Oasis is a town in BetaMC server owned and founded by Copitz. Its located in a desert biome near a large body of water. It would be known for its two sided infrastructure, The other side being filled with tall skyscrapers with buildings like the Beta Trade Center, Beta Financial District and other tall buildings while the other side, holds what's commonly described as a "Slum", filled with builds by wandering players who join, build and leave, never to return.

Beta Trade Center

Originally when Janoskadar1991 completed the Twin Towers in china, He was invited by Copitz to build in Oasis of which Janoskadar offered to build Oasis a skyscrapper modeled after the Rainier Tower of which Copitz agreed with Enthusiasm, Completed late September and Early October 2025 and serves as an Embassy of china to Oasis, Later Janoskadar1991 would submit a proposal to Copitz to turn the Rainier Tower to be part of a 7 building complex modeled after the WTC of which Copitz accepted, Construction would begin early october which was nearly halted by the Bombing Attempt and continued later, massive terraforming effort was done to provide the designated land to be constructed. and on Early November 2025, The Complex is completed.

The Complex consist of 7 buildings each based on real life builds with BTC1, BTC2 &BTC3, BTC4 & BTC5, BTC 6 and BTC 7 with a plaza Copitz Plaza with the The Sphere

2025 Oasis Bombing Attempt

On October 24 2025, Oasis would nearly face a tragedy, when a player named Burlixx discovered the underground area of Oasis Slum filled with TNT capable of tearing a massive crater to the area, It was speculated, had the TNT exploded it would form a massive crater and potentially damage the ongoing construction of the new BTC "Beta Trade Center", According to Janoskadar1991 this attempted act of terrorism relates to the real life 1993 WTC Bombing. In response Janoskadar1991 would call for an investigation on whose responsible for the plot.

Fortunately the plot to bomb Oasis failed, The culprit would later be discovered by a player named LicGato and in response was kicked out of its membership to the Town and the TNT was slowly and Carefully removed. Few Houres later following the incident Burlixx would have an argument with Copitz while possessing some TNT from the cleanup and Janoskadar1991 expressing concern on a possible attack on the Beta Trade Center (BTC) promptly lead to Burlixx getting kicked out which caused a heated argument between Bulixx and Copitz.

Port Authority Of Oasis And Wanarea

Few days following the bombing plot on October 27 2025, The Port Authority Of Oasis and AstroCasino was founded under the leadership of both Copitz and Janoskadar1991. Modeled after the real life PANYNJ. The Port Authority Of Oasis And AstroCasino (PAOAC) operations mostly on construction, economic development of Oasis. Following the completion of the Beta Trade Center Complex, It would oversee land expansion north and which would later be used in the construction of the Beta Financial District and other neighboring projects along with terraforming. The Port Authority's office is located at Beta Trade Center 6.

On January 2026, Astrogence would rename AstroCasino into Nevada and requested to be part of the Port Authority leadership would result in the renaming into Port Authority Of Oasis And Nevada which would only last for a few weeks on January 30 2026, A player would lavacast near the Nevada ocean border. This resulted with Janoskadar1991 a state of emergency. On February 1 2026, Astrogence would be banned for other reasons (Refer to The Great Ban of Astro), and Nevada was officially inactive. Following this Wanarea is slowly a growing village under the leadership of Kill_Ebola and was decided to reform the Port Authority into the new and current Port Authority Of Oasis and Wanarea.

Beta Financial District

Following the success of the Beta Trade Center build, with a massive available flat area near the complex, Janoskadar1991 would propose to Copitz on a construction of a Beta Financial District, The proposal consist of 6 buildings of which 3 becomes office space, 1 hotel and 2 tourist attraction along with a small plaza, Construction started at late November till December 2025.

The builds are based from BFD1, BFD2, BFD3, BFD4, With BFD5 being a tourist attraction that lets tourist see the ocean view and BFD6.

Oasis Expansion

On late 2025, Copitz begin to increasingly become inactive in BetaMC, and he opted to appoint Janoskadar1991 to oversee Oasis with Janos ambition for building Oasis big, accepted the appointment and as a result, multiple skyscrappers are built and Oasis was expanded in terms of territorial chunks. This ambition lasted from January 2026 until March 2026 of which Copitz is no longer active. Janos would later inform Copitz that he has completed the mission and is now moving on, Oasis will continue to grow, but not as much due to Janos moving his investment to his new town Jano SSR.

Wanarea

Following the Oasis Main being full of skyscrappers, Janos would appoint Kill_Ebola to build the wasteland called Wanarea the plan was to turn it into a hub for Wanderers of which he accepted and built a Cathedral, Tails would build a massive skyscraper and many other builds. With the Manhattan Model underway in Main Oasis, lands for new members to build is increasingly scarce, in response, Janoskadar1991 ordered the formation of "Wanarea" a combination of Wanderers (name for new players joining) and Area (a place for them to build). Recent geographic survey by Janoskadar1991 resulted with the whole Wanarea being a massive island even considered as a continent. This was done to prevent new players from ruining the Manhattan Model which was at the time underway in Oasis Main.

Miyasaki And Sandski

An area of Oasis mostly built by Tails, this was done during the Oasis expansion which saw its territory doubled in size. The name Miyasaki comes from Minoru (Mi) + Yamasaki (Ya+saki).

Wandarea

An area of Oasis mostly empty and underdeveloped, currently under the leadership of Muck Fojang, Its name comes from Mucks version of Wanarea.

International Relations

Despite being one of the less known towns in the BMC community, Oasis maintains a friendly relations with towns across the server, Towns hosting Oasis Embassy are china, Squirtville, Fractalis, Grenzstadt and Jano SSR. Towns embassy in Oasis soil are from Adid (holding Oasis first tallest Non-Janoskadar built structure), china embassy in Rainier Tower (BTC1) and Grenzstadt Tower, Oasis holds consulate with multiple towns. On January 20 2026, Oasis would celebrate as being a member of the Capital in Windfall, The membership was quick with LizzieSteph determining Oasis is big enough to join and because of this, Oasis is recognized as one of the growing Villages in BMC along with villages like Squirtville, Papuland, Fer, Adid and Grenzstadt.

On January 30 2026, with reports of lavacast near Oasis would cause a temporary dispute between Windfall and Oasis due to one of the lavacasters are Windfall member which was resolved later. On March 2026, Oasis and Jano SSR would sign the Treaty Of Friendship and lead to Oasis Embassy being the first and tallest building in Jano SSR. Controversy would temporarily happen between Oasis and Jano SSR with Operation Ostlanda

Iconic Builds

- Muck Tower: Tallest building in the Town, build by Janoskadar1991 for Muck Fojang as a thank you following Mucks gift to Janos being "Donator" Rank. Designed is based from the Sears Tower.

- Adid Embassy: built by Matt, it holds as the first tallest Non-Janoskadar built structure in the town.

- BTC1 "Rainier Tower": Its design is based from Rainier Tower and serves as china embassy and holding the title as the first skyscraper of Oasis and the first tallest building in Oasis.

- Discoo Complex: Named after Discoo its built as a gift by Janoskadar1991 after Discoo constant support for Oasis expansion by providing resources, He also constributed in the construction of the Twin Towers in china and in Jano SSR, It conssit of 3 buildings.
